1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup Mazola
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cream sugars, oil and peanut butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add, mixing well. Form into small balls, place 2" apart on sprayed cookie sheet, and flatten with floured fork. Bake 8-10 minutes.
